Premade3D Ambassador Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Premade3D Ambassador Program. The program is operated by Premade3D, Vincent van Goghweg 18, 1506 JC Zaandam, Netherlands, KvK 85487074. Contact support@premade3d.com about your application, referral rewards or participation.

Your referral offer

Reward: 20% commission on an eligible first purchase from a customer Shopify Collabs records as new to our store. Returning-customer purchases earn 0%.
Eligible purchases: one-time purchases from the current live Premade3D product catalog. Membership and subscription payments are not included in this launch offer.
No recurring commission: renewals and later purchases do not earn a reward.
Customer discount: this program does not provide an additional customer discount.
Minimum order: no additional minimum order amount. Only an eligible paid purchase can earn a reward.
Holding period: 30 days from the qualifying order before a pending commission becomes eligible for billing, subject to the checks and payout conditions below.
Commission calculation: the 20% rate applies to the eligible product-sale amount recorded as commissionable by Shopify Collabs for the attributed purchase. This amount may differ from the total paid at checkout. We use the commission recorded in Collabs, subject to the refund and eligibility checks below. Contact us if you would like the calculation explained or corrected.
Attribution: your personalised referral link has a 90-day attribution window after a tracked click. The purchase must be attributed to you in Shopify Collabs and meet this offer's eligibility rules. The window does not guarantee tracking or credit for every purchase. Consent choices, blocked or deleted cookies, changes of device and other referral interactions can affect attribution. We do not override a visitor's privacy choices to track a referral.

Joining the program

When you submit an application and affirmatively agree to these terms and the offer shown with it, you agree to participate on that basis if we approve your application. Applying does not itself enrol you or start earning rewards. Participation starts only after our approval and your referral account is set up. If we send you a direct invitation instead, you must accept that invitation and its disclosed offer before participating. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and meet Shopify Collabs and payout-provider eligibility requirements. We review applications individually; approval is not guaranteed.

The offer shown before you apply, or in your direct invitation, specifies the reward rate, eligible products, calculation basis, customer eligibility, attribution window and rules, holding period, and any exclusions. Those details and these terms form your agreement if you join. You can review them before agreeing. We will not enrol you on a materially different offer without your agreement. If an offer is unclear or conflicts with these terms, contact us before agreeing; we will correct or clarify it.

A simple referral reward

The program rewards a qualifying purchase attributed to your referral link from a customer Shopify Collabs identifies as new to our store. Customer status is determined from the customer and order records available to Shopify; this is not a guarantee of recognising the same person across every email address or identity. Purchases recorded as returning-customer purchases do not qualify. The program does not pay recurring commission on subscription renewals or a reward for recruiting other ambassadors. No purchase is required to apply or participate, and income is not guaranteed.

A click, application, free download, unpaid order or purchase outside your offer does not earn a reward. Self-referrals, fabricated orders, duplicate accounts used to create a new-customer reward, and manipulated attribution are ineligible. A referral must be recorded under the agreed attribution rules; sharing a link does not guarantee that a purchase will be attributed to it.

Checking and paying rewards

We use Shopify Collabs to track eligible referrals and process commissions. Pending amounts are subject to the holding period in your agreed offer. Canceled or fully refunded purchases during that period earn no reward. For a partial refund during the hold, we review the order and adjust the reward in proportion to the refunded eligible amount; this adjustment may be handled manually. We may review disputed, duplicate or suspected fraudulent referrals and will explain any adjustment.

After the hold and our payment of the relevant Shopify bill, payouts depend on your completed payout setup and Shopify's payout schedule, minimum balance and verification requirements. The end of the hold is not a guaranteed payment date. Payments are processed in US dollars. Currency conversion or charges from your payout provider or bank may apply. We do not reclaim an already approved reward solely because a customer later receives an ordinary refund. Proven fraud, duplicate payments or clear calculation errors may require correction. We will provide the reason and calculation and give you an opportunity to respond before seeking repayment or an agreed offset. We remain responsible for amounts properly owed under your offer; using a payment platform does not remove that responsibility.

You are responsible for your applicable tax declarations and for providing accurate payout and tax information when required. We remain responsible for our own tax and recordkeeping obligations. Platform payment records do not remove any legally required invoicing obligations. Do not send identity documents or bank details through our application form or ordinary email; use the secure payout-provider process.

Your content and independence

You choose whether, when and how to post. There are no posting quotas, required scripts, exclusivity or required positive reviews. Be truthful about your experience and the product. You are not authorised to make promises or enter contracts on our behalf.

When promoting us for a possible reward, clearly disclose the advertising relationship where people see or hear the promotion. For example: “Ad — I earn a commission if you buy through my Premade3D link.” A disclosure only in your profile or the word “affiliate” alone is not enough. Follow applicable advertising rules and your platform's requirements. Disclose gifted access or other benefits too.

No spam, unsolicited promotional messages, purchased contact lists, misleading claims, coupon-site distribution, or bidding on Premade3D brand search terms. Do not hide or force tracking, impersonate us, or interfere with another creator's attribution. Comply with Shopify Collabs Community Guidelines.

You keep ownership of your original content. Participation does not grant us permission to reuse it in advertising; we will agree any such use separately. Access to our assets requires the applicable asset licence. Share finished work in line with that licence, not standalone asset files. Any gifted asset access must be separately agreed.

Changes, leaving and resolving problems

You can stop participating at any time by contacting us or ending the connection in Collabs. For ordinary changes to your offer or an ordinary end to the partnership, we give at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rewards already validly earned.

We may suspend referrals immediately when reasonably needed to address fraud, unlawful promotion, a serious breach or a payment-platform restriction. We will explain the issue and seek a correction where appropriate. An honest critical review alone is not grounds to withhold a valid reward. Suspension or termination does not automatically forfeit properly earned, undisputed amounts; referrals affected by a breach are reviewed individually.

Contact us if you disagree with a decision or payment. We will review the relevant records and your explanation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory legal rights. Shopify's terms apply separately to your use of its platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and the store's purchase, licence and refund policies continue to apply to customer purchases.
