Delivery and support

Premade3D sells downloadable 3D content. No physical product is shipped.

Each listing identifies the files, formats and assets included in that purchase. A kit, scene, collection or bundle includes its listed component assets as separately usable files. Additional products and future collections are included only when the listing expressly says so.

After successful payment, we send a secure access link to the email address supplied with your order. To download straight away, you first agree to get access now and understand that starting a download ends your 14-day right to cancel. We email your confirmation before enabling downloads. If you cannot access a download, receive a damaged file or find a problem with a claimed feature, email support@premade3d.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Support covers download access, instructions for supplied files and confirmed defects. Custom modeling, bespoke conversions and support for unadvertised tools are outside the purchase. We provide corrections and updates required to keep the supplied content in conformity with applicable consumer law. New collections and major expansions are separate purchases unless expressly included.
